Cooking Instructions (Pre-Cooked)
1. Thaw the rendang overnight in the fridge.
(Microwave Method)
2. Add a tablespoon of water into the container (microwave safe) and close the lid to maintain moisture.
3. Microwave for 3minutes.
(Steam Method)
2. Transfer rendang into steam bowl. Steam on high fire for 10minutes without covering bowl.
(Simmer Method)
2. Transfer rendang into a pot with lid. Bring to a simmer over low fire and stir intermittently to prevent sticking and burning at the bottom.
Storage and Food Safety Tip: Keep frozen. Consume within 3 days after thawing. Do not refreeze after thawing.
