About Us
Our Founder: Diamond Quek
Diamond discovered her passion for food during her student exchange program in Germany.
Driven by her craving for food back home, Diamond started experimenting and recreating Singapore dishes in her hostel kitchen. Through sharing these dishes with her multinational friends, she found that food could evoke emotions in people, bring people closer, be great for breaking the ice, and make people feel happy.
This realization hit home, and her first F&B venture, Ming Sing restaurant, was born. It soon became a local favorite for many in the Clementi area and was known for its signature laksa soup base, fried chicken wings, dumplings, and sambal chili.
Despite running a successful restaurant, life happened. When Diamond almost lost her loved ones due to cancer, she decided to close it down to focus on her family and health with a promise to come back.
After nine years of hiatus, Diamond is now back in action with SO DELICIOZ! This time she brings you delicious dishes, which are not only inspired by her love of Singapore food and spices but also by her journey as a caregiver.

At So Delicioz, be prepared to be surprised by our Singapore-inspired dumplings, such as the laksa dumplings, and our spice-rich dishes, such as the beef/lion's mane mushroom rendang with a healthy twist.
Eating wholesome meals can be a challenge amidst our busy lifestyles. Hence, besides bringing you pre-cooked meals that you can easily prepare at home for your loved ones, we also bring you wholesome Bentos and dumpling soup that we hope reminds you of heartwarming homecooked food.
